Problem

Sales reps live in Outlook. Highspot Everywhere was the company's big bet: Highspot showing up on other canvases, like PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Our Outlook add-in wasn't ready for it. It was little more than a file inserter, and every action opened a blocking pop-up inside a ~320px pane. It couldn't carry that bet, or the FY26 MAU target.
